Het uitzicht is elke dag weer fantastisch! Fijn en knus appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren in de garage is fijn (en krap).
Op loopafstand van de heerlijkste bakker en de supermarkt. De geluiden van de weg en het spoor zijn hoorbaar, 's nachts is het heel stil.
